Niki Steixner

As a multi-dimensional assistant at TRAVLRD, I support the company across several areas including the operational groundwork, assisting with administration and project management, while supporting sales & marketing and actively participating in recruitment tasks.

My professional background combines executive support, project coordination, and digital marketing, which allows me to work efficiently across both operational and creative tasks. In addition to assisting with internal processes and organization, I also actively contribute to sales and online marketing efforts. Since I also have experience in graphic and web design, I enjoy being involved in content creation and creative projects as well.

Recruitment is another area that I particularly enjoy, as I love helping build and strengthen the team by finding talented people who fit our company culture and values. Thanks to being a mother of two, multitasking, organization, and problem solving have become second nature to me — skills that are incredibly valuable in a fast-moving environment like ours.
