Dunja Stojanov

I'm Dunja, a Software Engineer from Serbia with a strong full-stack background and a particular interest in frontend development and user interface design. I enjoy building applications where I can clearly see the impact of my work, and I also have a growing passion for design, which I actively explore in my free time to create more intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.

Professionally, I have experience working in both small and large development teams, contributing to a wide range of projects using technologies like React, Next.js, Angular, Node.js, Spring Boot, Python, and SQL. I’ve worked closely with clients to understand requirements and translate them into functional, user-focused solutions. I also have experience working in Scrum teams, contributing to task planning, estimation, and iterative delivery processes.

In my previous role at Simple Task LLC, I worked on several complex systems, including a production management platform for luxury bedding, a large-scale OCR-based data processing system, and a blockchain-related supply chain platform. I also contributed to accounting software and built applications from scratch using Spring Boot and Angular, focusing on both functionality and user experience. Additionally, I designed UI components in Figma, combining development and design thinking.

I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering at the University of Novi Sad, where I also worked on a final-year project involving a React Native mobile application for shift scheduling and workforce management.

I’m motivated by continuous learning, collaboration, and building software that is both technically solid and enjoyable to use. My goal is to keep growing as a developer while strengthening my design skills and frontend expertise.
